Project description
The main task of the project was the restructuring and modernization of the Pension System Administration in Montenegro.
The specific goals of the project were the following:
- To increase Tax and Contribution Compliance
- To restructure and modernize Pension Fund
- Unified Registration of insured individuals and contributors
- Unified Collection of Data and Contributions
- Create an extended Revenue Model for collection of social contributions and income tax
- Tax Information System Model Development
- Pension Fund Information System Model Development
