The general objective of Phase II of the project ‘Business Process Analysis and Reengineering of Core Operational and Headquarter Functions Assignment’ was to supervise the implementation of the reengineered business processes according to the BPR Reports as adopted by the Croatian Tax Administration.
The specific objectives of Phase II of the project were as follows:
- Providing implementation assistance to the CTA: The purpose of this activity was to provide permanent proactive assistance and general and technical guidance to the CTA throughout the program implementation period where such guidance was necessary for the purpose of efficient program implementation with focus on assistance related to the implementation of the reengineered business processes
- Monitoring and evaluation (supervision) of implementation: supervision of the implementation of the reengineered business processes on the basis of the Implementation Plan (including Action Plan) which was prepared during the Phase I of the project.
