Founded in 1996, Teched Consulting Services Ltd. is now one of Croatia’s leading independent consultancy and software development companies, specializing in business consultancy and complex information systems, primarily in the public sector. Our consultants have successfully completed numerous IT projects, including EU-funded and World Bank projects, leading or collaborating in international project consortia across sectors like Law enforcement/Criminal intelligence, Public Finance/Revenue administration, Health/Social Welfare, Statistics, Justice and Legal Reform etc. We also offer a range of IT services, such as IT development and customization, Consulting, Integration, and Project management.

Teched adheres to internationally recognized standards, including ISO 27001:2022, BS 15000, and ITIL. As a project-oriented organization, we are committed to rigorous project management methodologies across planning and execution. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (security) standards for services including project design, development, and implementation of information systems, business process management, and consulting. Our project managers hold certifications in PMI, ISEB, or PRINCE2.

Services Provided by Sector in Recent Years

The chart on the left illustrates our efforts over the past five years, showing the percentage of working time invested across eight key sectors. During this period, the majority of our efforts were concentrated in the Law Enforcement/Criminal Intelligence sector, with substantial contributions in Public Finance/Revenue Administration and Health/Social Welfare. Additional key sectors include Statistics, Justice and Legal Reform, and Fund Management, where we recently completed projects in Croatia and Ireland.
