Project description

The project's objective was to design and implement an IT system for monitoring and allocating costs to individual products, processes, and cost centers. This was achieved through an information system that provided the CBS administration with an overview of available human resource capacity utilization, enabling the optimization of capacity usage and a focus on value-added activities.

The cost management system integrated data from existing CBS systems and included the development of a dedicated application. This application connects data from integrated applications and databases, performing the necessary calculations to determine the costs of statistical processes and products within the Central Bureau of Statistics. It also enables the generation of reports across various categories, supporting informed business decision-making.
