Project Description

The main task of the project was the restructuring and modernization of the Pension System Administration in Montenegro.

The specific goals of the project were the following:

  • To increase Tax and Contribution Compliance
  • To restructure and modernize Pension Fund
  • Unified Registration of insured individuals and contributors
  • Unified Collection of Data and Contributions
  • Create an extended Revenue Model for collection of social contributions and income tax
  • Tax Information System Model Development
  • Pension Fund Information System Model Development
